About this list

This page lists the third-party providers (sub-processors and other service providers) that may process personal data in connection with the ArchiMind service, operated by Phi Consulting SRL. We keep it current and post changes here. Where we act as a processor for your workspace content, changes to sub-processors are notified with an opportunity to object as set out in the Data Processing Agreement.

Infrastructure and core services (processors)

  • Amazon Web Services EMEA SARL — 38 avenue John F. Kennedy, L-1855 Luxembourg — cloud hosting and storage — European Union (Paris) — processor — data stays in EU regions; any access from outside the EU is covered by the Standard Contractual Clauses in the AWS Data Processing Addendum.
  • Google (Gemini API) — Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland, with processing by Google LLC, 1600 Amphitheatre Parkway, Mountain View, CA 94043, United States — AI generation of specification content — may process outside the EU/EEA — Google Data Processing Addendum + Standard Contractual Clauses; prompts and outputs kept up to 55 days for abuse monitoring only, not used for training; generation cache 30 minutes; Google Search grounding data 30 days — processor.
  • Microsoft Ireland Operations Limited (Microsoft 365) — One Microsoft Place, South County Business Park, Leopardstown, Dublin 18, Ireland — email and internal communications — EU (EU Data Boundary) — processor — Standard Contractual Clauses in the Microsoft Products and Services Data Protection Addendum for any access from outside the EU.
  • Amazon SES (Amazon Web Services EMEA SARL) — address as above — transactional email delivery — EU (Paris) — processor — same terms as AWS above.

Analytics and diagnostics (processors)

  • PostHog, Inc. — 2261 Market Street #4008, San Francisco, CA 94114, United States — product analytics and session replay (in-app, with your consent) and cookieless visit measurement of our marketing pages (legitimate interest) — hosted in the European Union (Frankfurt, Germany) — processor — access from the US covered by the EU-US Data Privacy Framework where certified, otherwise Standard Contractual Clauses.
  • Sentry (Functional Software, Inc.) — 45 Fremont Street, 8th Floor, San Francisco, CA 94105, United States — in-app error diagnostics, with your consent — hosted in the European Union (Germany) — processor — EU-US Data Privacy Framework / Standard Contractual Clauses.

Payments and compliance (independent parties)

  • Mollie B.V. — Keizersgracht 126, 1015 CW Amsterdam, Netherlands — payment service provider — European Union — independent controller for the payment transaction (processor only for its own invoicing feature).
  • VIES (European Commission) — VAT-number validation — EU — a public service we query; not our processor.

Changes and notice

We may add or replace providers. When we do, we update this page and revise the date above, and — for changes to sub-processors that handle customer content — we automatically notify each customer's workspace owner and designated legal contact by email at least 30 days in advance (no subscription required), with a 30-day window to object, as set out in the Data Processing Agreement.
