Billing questions, answered.
How am I billed, and can I pay yearly?
The rates on this page are per month. When you subscribe in the app you choose monthly or yearly billing, and the subscription then renews automatically for the same period until you cancel. Phi Consulting SRL issues every invoice, through the Peppol network where your organisation supports it.
Is VAT included in these prices?
No. Every price here excludes VAT, as is usual for business software sold to companies in Belgium. VAT is added at checkout according to the billing profile you enter, and the invoice shows the rate that was applied. Phi Consulting SRL is the seller on that invoice.
What does an extra seat cost, and can I change seats later?
The Team plan comes with the seats listed on its card, and the rate shown beside them is the monthly rate for each further seat; on a yearly subscription it is billed for the year. You add or remove seats yourself in the workspace at any time, and the change applies to your subscription.
How do I cancel, and what happens to my projects?
You cancel in the app before the renewal date. Access continues until the end of the period you have already paid for. Fees for that period are not refunded, except where the Terms or the law provide otherwise. Afterwards the workspace becomes read-only: your data stays, with the export rights set out in the Terms.
What happens if a payment fails?
We retry the payment and tell you. After a reasonable grace period an unpaid subscription can be suspended or moved to read-only, and your data is preserved throughout, until the payment is resolved. Nothing is deleted because an invoice went unpaid.
