Yes. The AI assistant proposes technical clauses in the context of your template and identifies the target article. That link does not guarantee the text is correct: you check it before issue. The bill of quantities, readiness checks and PDF and XLSX exports stay in the same workspace.

It drafts CCTB clauses, keeps one article number across the specification, the métré and the export, and produces PDF and XLSX files or a single package for procurement.

The CCTB is the Cahier des charges type – Bâtiment, the reference specification for building works published by the Service public de Wallonie. It organises the works into eleven tomes, then sections, titles, sub-titles, chapters and articles, each with a stable number, and a project specification selects from it instead of starting from a blank page.

The CCTB is the reference text: the complete library of articles published by Wallonia. The special specification, cahier spécial des charges or CSC in French, is your project’s document: the articles kept, the choices settled, your additions and the quantities. ArchiMind starts from the CCTB, or from your own template, and produces the CSC that tenderers price.

You can start from a template, import an IFC model for BIM data, or bring in a VitruV .cdcx specification. With Team or Enterprise, you can also import a Word (.docx) or text-based PDF specification as an editable, reusable custom template.

No. You can start a project from a template alone and write from there. An IFC model is what lets the métré be derived from the geometry, and a .cdcx file exported from VitruV, the free desktop application of the Service public de Wallonie, brings an existing specification across; neither is required.

Every workspace starts with a free 14-day trial, with one project included and no credit card required. You can import a model, draft with AI and export during the trial. Without a paid subscription, the workspace then becomes read-only. There is nothing to cancel; choose Personal or Team to continue working.

Yes. On Team and Enterprise, workspace owners can import Word (.docx) files or PDFs with selectable text from the template library. Review the structure, edit titles and text, then reuse the template for new projects. Imports use your plan’s allowance and are not included in the Personal trial.

We use several AI models and choose per task on quality, cost and availability, so the mix changes as their performance changes. Every proposal names the article of your template it applies to, and generation takes a restore point before it writes. Enterprise customers can discuss specific processing requirements.

Your projects, files and specifications are stored in the EU on AWS eu-west-3 (Paris), encrypted in transit and at rest. AI drafting uses external model providers, and that processing is not currently pinned to the EU; the privacy policy names them. A data processing agreement is available on request.

The number and title identify the article of your template the proposal applies to. An explanation may accompany the text, but it is not a citation of a standard or proof of compliance. Review the text and its references; readiness checks flag certain discrepancies before issue.

Generation saves a restore point before applying changes. If that backup fails, it writes nothing and the proposals stay pending. In chat, changes wait for your confirmation. You can return to a previous version; always review the result and its references before issue.

Import .ifc or .cdcx (VitruV) project files. Export the specification as PDF and the métré as XLSX, or both together as one package for procurement. Archicad, Revit and Vectorworks all export IFC, so your existing BIM model is the starting point rather than a re-entry.

Readiness checks run over the whole specification inside the app. They look for a brand named without an equivalence phrase, a variant still left open, a citation the source never carried, and a reference the current edition has dropped or renumbered, while fixing them is still cheap.

Yes. Each project has Owner, Editor and Viewer roles, so an engineering partner can review or edit only what you share with them. Every member of a workspace takes a seat on the Team plan, and there is no free view-only tier today, so plan seats for the partners you invite.
