Common questions, clearly answered.
Where does my data live?
Your projects, files and specifications are stored in the EU on AWS eu-west-3 (Paris), encrypted in transit and at rest. AI drafting uses external model providers, and that processing is not currently pinned to the EU; the privacy policy names them. A data processing agreement is available on request.
What AI models do you use?
We use several AI models and choose per task on quality, cost and availability, so the mix changes as their performance changes. Every proposal shows its source, and nothing is written into your specification until someone on your team accepts it. Enterprise customers can discuss specific processing requirements.
How do exports work with existing BIM workflows?
Import .ifc or .cdcx (Vitruvius) project files. Export the specification as PDF and the métré as XLSX, or both together as one package for procurement. Archicad, Revit and Vectorworks all export IFC, so your existing BIM model is the starting point rather than a re-entry.
What can I start from?
Today you can import .ifc and .cdcx project files and build the specification from there. Importing an in-house document in .docx or .pdf is not currently available, so a specification written elsewhere still has to be brought in through one of those two project formats.
Is there a free trial?
Every workspace starts with a 14-day trial that includes one project, with no credit card required. You can import a model, draft with AI and export during the trial. Cancel before day 14 and you pay nothing; continue and you choose Personal or Team at the prices shown above.
Can I invite my engineering partners?
Yes. Each project has Owner, Editor and Viewer roles, so an engineering partner can review or edit only what you share with them. Every member of a workspace takes a seat on the Team plan, and there is no free view-only tier today, so plan seats for the partners you invite.
