The service is hosted on Amazon Web Services (AWS) infrastructure within the European Union (Paris / eu-west-3 region), contracted with Amazon Web Services EMEA SARL, 38 avenue John F. Kennedy, L-1855 Luxembourg; that infrastructure is subject to the law of the European Union and of France. Under art. 28 of Regulation (EU) 2023/2854 (Data Act), our measures against access to your non-personal data by non-EU authorities in conflict with EU law are: storage and processing in EU regions; encryption in transit and at rest with keys managed in the EU; an EU-established hosting contractor; and, for the US-headquartered providers that host our data in the EU (listed at /subprocessors), Standard Contractual Clauses or Data Privacy Framework commitments that oblige them to challenge unlawful access requests.
